Method

  1. Add yeast to liquid stage 1 ingredients, luke warm water, honey and white hemp seed protein isolate (75%) and keep it in a warm temperature until liquid starts to foam up, approximately 40 minutes.
  2. Add all stage 2 ingredients, flour, salt, black olive, green olive, parmesan, tomatoes, rosemary, olive oil to mixing bowl and mix with dough maker.
  3. Mix on a medium speed for approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Cover the bowl with cling film and prove until the dough has double the size.
  5. Knock back and form into loaves, and prove the loaves again until double in size.
  6. Bake in 200°C preheated oven for approximately 30-35 minutes.
