Hulled Hemp Seeds | Good Hemp Ingredients

Hulled hemp seeds are the soft kernel of the hemp seed with the outer shell removed. Also known as Hemp Hearts, they have a delicious nutty flavour and a texture similar to a pine nut. Naturally rich in protein and healthy fats, they are a true superfood, containing more Omega 3 than the same serving of Chia or Flax seeds.
