Method

  1. Sautée stage 1 ingredients, onion in oil in a saucepan.
  2. Add all stage 2 ingredients, mix thoroughly and bring to simmer (85°C) for 10 minutes. Blend all ingredients using a handheld until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add all stage 3 ingredients and cook for a further 10 minutes at low heat.
  4. Remove saucepan from heat and serve.
